Portrait Of The Altitude Première
ALEXANDRE MEERSON Altitude Première timepieces draw inspiration from classic Art-Deco eclecticism and visual experiences from within the Peace Hotel in Shanghai. It’s a collection which embodies a profound respect for the masters of horology and the historic classic watches they created. From pieces with rose gold bezels and graphite dials which hark back to the grandeur of roaring 1920’s Manhattan Bars, to pieces crafted from titanium and silver which complement the sleek interior of a sports car, these are personal reflections of your life and aspirations.
The collection’s signatures are in the detail. Uniquely contemporary asymmetrical hands featured are both practical and iconic; the curved case ensures a natural and comfortable fit, while clear sapphire backs highlight the masterful motion within. The devotion to detail sends the discerning owner on a voyage of discovery during which a series of rewarding architectural insights unfold.
The Meerson Altitude Première models all contain a Swiss-created and marqued movement. Each consists of 193 hand and machine-finished parts. Regardless of whether they are visible, each element of the movement is individually decorated as testament to the Meerson approach to detail. Each timepiece has a robust core with Incabloc shock resistance and a 50 hour power reserve. The reliability and durability this creates is just part of what makes the Première range as suited to the Centre Court as it is to the boardroom.
Beyond the Première models listed, Alexandre Meerson encourages purchasers to further tailor the design in consultation with in-house experts. From the 30 strap materials and finishes to custom-finished hands to case shape modifications, the ability to create completely unique pieces is firmly ingrained in the house style.Discover the Altitude PREMIÈRE line
