In homage to Princess Palatine, a brilliant woman of noble birth married to Louis XIV’s brother in the eighteenth century, this timepiece reflects the style and opulence she experienced at the royal court of Versailles.
The pomp and ceremony of that time have been streamlined so that royal blue lapis lazuli and snow set diamond-pave dials meet industrial design in what is classic Meerson. The refreshingly spirited Princess Palatine was a woman before her time and this series celebrates that in every woman.
